Role Overview
- Lead a squad of engineers, collaborate closely with product owners, and apply best practices to build scalable, high-performing applications.

- Contribute hands-on to development tasks: back-end microservices in Java and Kotlin, Angular front-end, containerized deployments.

Requirements
- 10+ years in software development within product-focused companies, with at least 3+ years working extensively in Java or Kotlin.
- 3+ years in a people management role.
- Experience working with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred).
- Experience with Spring Boot Framework.
- Experience in designing and implementing effective distributed systems.
- Ability to make architectural decisions and evaluate their impact on system performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Strong engineering culture, attention to detail, and business-centric mindset.
