About this role

Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for websites and applications
Conduct user research and usability testing to improve designs
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups
Work with developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency
Stay updated on UI/UX trends and best practices to enhance user experience

Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools
Strong understanding of UX principles, user research, and usability testing
Experience designing for web and mobile platforms
Ability to collaborate with developers and stakeholders to refine designs
Excellent attention to detail and ability to create visually appealing designs
Experience with motion graphics and micro-interactions
Knowledge of front-end development tools like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (not required but helpful)
Experience conducting A/B testing and user behavior analysis
Familiarity with design systems like Material Design or Apple Human Interface Guidelines
