About this role

Develop and maintain chatbot applications using platforms like Dialogflow, ChatGPT API, or Microsoft Bot Framework.
Integrate chatbots with web applications, CRMs, and third-party APIs.
Optimize chatbot performance by refining Natural Language Processing (NLP) models.
Test and troubleshoot chatbot interactions to improve response accuracy and user experience.
Collaborate with business teams to define chatbot use cases and automate processes.
Ensure chatbots align with brand voice and provide meaningful customer interactions.

Experience with chatbot development frameworks such as Dialogflow, Rasa, Microsoft Bot Framework, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of NLP, AI, and automation technologies.
Experience integrating chatbots with third-party applications using APIs.
Proficiency in Python, Node.js, or other scripting languages used in chatbot development.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to improve chatbot accuracy based on analytics.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with AI/ML tools and frameworks such as TensorFlow, OpenAI GPT, or IBM Watson.
Familiarity with cloud services like AWS Lambda, Azure Bot Services, or Google Cloud AI.
Understanding of human-centered AI design and chatbot best practices.
Experience with multilingual chatbot development is a plus.
