Prototyping and Validation: Develop interactive prototypes to test and validate design concepts, gather user feedback and optimize the experience.
Leadership and Project Management: Supervise other designers, ensure deadlines and maintain quality of deliverables while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Research and Trends: Explore new visual references, analyze competitors and propose innovations to keep the company at the forefront of digital marketing design.
Cross-disciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers and the marketing team to ensure efficient integration between design and strategy.
Responsive Design and Accessibility: Ensure layouts and graphic assets are responsive and accessible, providing a consistent experience across devices and screen sizes.
Requirements
Strong portfolio: Present a solid portfolio demonstrating experience in digital marketing design, visual identity, advertising campaigns and digital interfaces.
Education and specializations: A degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Visual Communication or related fields is a plus, as are certifications or continuing education courses.
Advanced English: Ability to understand and apply international references and collaborate with foreign teams or clients is a plus.
Expertise in digital marketing: Deep knowledge of launch methods, conversion funnels and visual strategies that maximize campaign performance.
Design tools proficiency: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) and Figma for creating visual identities, advertising assets and landing page layouts.
Strong design fundamentals: Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout and composition, applying principles that enhance aesthetics and project functionality.
Responsive design: Ability to develop layouts and graphic assets that adapt seamlessly to different devices and screen sizes.
Communication and collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present concepts, justify design decisions and work collaboratively with other teams.
Nice-to-haves: Skills in Spline, Blender, After Effects, Framer and HTML/CSS are highly valued.
Experience creating images with Artificial Intelligence using tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Krea, Freepik or other generative AI solutions to enhance visual projects.
