Occupational Therapist

Role Overview

• Perform initial and ongoing evaluations
• Develop a Plan of Treatment for each patient
• Document patient progress according to approved medical documentation
• Evaluate mobility, strength, and current level of patient function

Requirements

• Proven record of matching patient needs to home treatment plans
• Strong experience administering a wide range of occupational therapy techniques via telemedicine
• Prior experience in oncology or palliative care
• Experience assisting and directing treatments given by aides, technicians, and assistants
• Minimum 5+ years of experience providing occupational therapy to patients
• Current licensure to practice as an OT
