Leverage GenAI developer tools to accelerate delivery and code quality.
Design and deliver scalable, distributed backend systems
Review and approve architecture proposals and critical PRs
Guide teams on microservices and event-driven patterns
Optimize system performance, cost, and reliability
Drive improvements in CI/CD, observability, and DevOps maturity
Support secure, compliant deployments (enterprise-grade expectations)
Collaborate cross-functionally to unblock complex initiatives
Raise the technical bar through coaching and technical leadership

10+ years backend engineering experience in production SaaS environments
Proven hands-on expertise in Python or Ruby on Rails at scale
Demonstrated ownership of large-scale distributed systems
Strong experience with microservices and event-driven architectures
Deep familiarity with AWS (or equivalent cloud platforms)
Solid experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production
Strong command of PostgreSQL and at least one of Redis / Elasticsearch
Proven record of technical leadership and mentorship
Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills
Practical experience using GenAI coding tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) to improve engineering velocity
