Serve as a primary client-facing product partner, building trust through clear recommendations and outcome-driven guidance.
Lead discovery sessions to understand business objectives, success metrics, and constraints—not just feature requests.
Translate client needs into clear, actionable requirements that are achievable through sprints and engineering milestones while remaining aligned to measurable business value.
Proactively identify risks, gaps, and opportunities; present trade-offs and recommendations to stakeholders.
Ensure delivered solutions align to desired outcomes such as adoption, efficiency, revenue impact, or customer experience improvements.
Define and maintain product vision and roadmap rooted in business outcomes, not just features.
Prioritize initiatives based on value, impact, risk, and effort using data and user insights.
Challenge scope and assumptions to prevent overengineering and maximize ROI.
Partner with stakeholders to align priorities across teams and leadership (including Engineering and Business stakeholders).
Own and prioritize the product backlog in an Agile environment, ensuring clarity, readiness, and alignment.
Collaborate with engineering, QA, and UX to define acceptance criteria and ensure solution quality.
Facilitate refinement, planning, and demo sessions to maintain transparency and momentum.
Conduct acceptance testing and validate solutions against intended business outcomes.
Use metrics and delivery insights to drive predictability and continuous improvement.
Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, translating strategy into executable work.
Support presales, solution design, and client specific roadmap discussions (e.g. QBRs) as needed.
Contribute to product and delivery best practices, templates, and playbooks.
Requirements
3+ years of Product Owner experience (preferably within the Salesforce ecosystem)
Strong client-facing communication and facilitation skills in English
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Ability to think strategically while remaining execution-oriented
Strong analytical skills and business acumen
Comfortable presenting options, trade-offs, and recommendations
