You assist our customers by phone, live chat and email – primarily in German, but also using translation tools for markets such as Spain, Italy, France, Poland and the Netherlands.
Teamwork
You work closely with your team to develop customer-focused solutions for different markets.
Organization & problem solving
You coordinate tutoring sessions, manage tutor searches, bookings and urgent requests from all regions.
Interface
You act as the liaison between the customer care team and our tutor network, ensuring smooth operations.
Requirements
Customer service experience (2–5 years) – You have previous experience in customer support or an inbound call center and a solid understanding of service processes.
Excellent German (C1/C2) – You communicate confidently with German-speaking customers. Additional languages such as English, Italian, Spanish, French, Polish or Greek (at least B2) are a plus.
Tool proficiency – You are comfortable with CRM systems and translation tools and learn new software quickly.
Strong communicator & customer focus – You quickly identify customer needs, respond empathetically, communicate clearly and consistently find the right solution.
Organized & proactive – You work in an organized way, think ahead, take responsibility and maintain oversight even in high-pressure situations.
