Role Overview
- Conduct outbound calls to patients to facilitate CPAP supply reorders
- Actively promote and sell CPAP equipment while ensuring compliance, satisfaction, and retention
- Contact assigned patients quarterly to facilitate CPAP supply reorders with the goal of achieving a 50% reorder rate
- Promote the sale of replacement masks, cushions, seals, and filters
- Verify and update patient records, including insurance details
- Maintain professionalism and efficiency in all patient interactions
- Efficiently navigate the platform to process orders
Requirements
- GED or High School Diploma
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
- Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
- Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
