About this role
Role Overview
Assist with the collection, extraction, and transformation of people data from various HR systems and sources, including but not limited to HR tools (e.g., Lever, BambooHR)
Prepare and clean data for analysis, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and completeness through data validation and quality checks
Maintain and update data documentation and processes
Support the analysis of people data to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to key HR metrics such as recruitment, retention, engagement, performance, and learning & development
Assist in the creation of ad-hoc reports and survey analyses to support HR initiatives and business needs
Develop, maintain, and enhance People dashboards using visualization tools to effectively communicate key insights and metrics to various stakeholders across the organization
Support the development and implementation of people analytics/HRIS projects
Collaborate effectively with members of the People team to understand their specific data needs and provide relevant, insightful findings
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the fields of people analytics and data visualization
Provide support to the team on HRIS topics as needed
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program in Statistics, Data/Business Analytics, Human Resources with a strong analytical focus, or a related quantitative field.
Strong data analysis skills with Excel/Google Sheets
experience in data manipulation, formulas, and charting
Great collaboration and teamwork skills
Curious mindset with attention to detail
Fluent English and operational French and ready to collaborate with various stakeholders (International and French)
