About this role
Role Overview
- Complete pre-audit checks on customer information before it progresses to the full audit.
- Work through a number of pre-audit checks to ensure everything required is collated.
- Provide feedback to customers and collate any missing required information for the pre-audit checks.
- Support customers with areas of improvement in order to pass the audit and become accredited.
- Provide health and safety advice and guidance to customers (full training provided).
Requirements
- Customer service experience
- Administrative experience
- Attention to detail
- Ability to handle customer enquiries via telephone and email
- Good standard of written English
- Experience or interest in health and safety or compliance (not essential)
