Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Role Overview

As a Machine Learning Engineer at MotorK, you’ll be at the center of how data becomes product. You’ll architect, train, and deploy machine learning systems that power predictive maintenance, automated classification, and next-gen marketing experiences for the automotive world.

You’ll shape strategy, own systems end-to-end, and see your work ship fast. If you’re obsessed with performance, experimentation, and building things that matter, you’ll feel right at home here.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the ML stack
• from design and prototyping to deployment and optimization.
• Build models that learn, scale, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Partner with product, data, and engineering teams to turn ambiguous problems into real, shipped solutions.
• Drive A/B testing and experimentation to quantify impact and continuously evolve our intelligence layer.
• Lead by example: mentor, challenge, and level up the broader data science and engineering community.
• Push boundaries with cutting-edge ML, MLOps, and cloud-first architectures — AWS, Kubeflow, SageMaker, or whatever tech gets the job done.

Requirements

• 3+ years building and deploying machine learning systems in real-world, product-focused environments.
• Deep experience with Python, modern ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, XGBoost), and production pipelines.
• Strong grounding in deep learning, predictive analytics, and applied statistics.
• Proven experience shipping scalable models in production environments, ideally on AWS or similar cloud platforms.
• A builder’s mindset
• you move fast, experiment often, and don’t wait for perfect data.
• Ability to translate technical depth into business impact and influence strategy through data.
