Role Overview
- Drive revenue growth by converting qualified leads into customers within agreed budget parameters, and strategically expanding those relationships through upselling where feasible.
- Work with outbound as well as inbound leads to acquire new advertisers for Google Ads products.
- Be responsible for your own client portfolio, optimizing your clients' campaigns, and ensuring that customer expectations are met.

Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- Language Skills: C2 level of Spanish and B2 level of English
- 12 months Sales Experience: previous sales experience, particularly in high-stakes environments.
- Able to assist in closing deals by understanding customer needs and offering solutions.
- Can work independently on clearly defined tasks and seeks help when needed.
- CRM Experience: has used CRM systems for tasks like updating records or checking customer info.
- Has explored AI tools and is learning how to use them to support communication.
- Communicates effectively in work situations and is improving clarity
- Likes working toward shared goals and contributing to team success
- Can deliver short, structured presentations and write simple messages.
