Role Overview
- Drive revenue growth by converting qualified leads into customers within agreed budget parameters, and strategically expanding those relationships through upselling where feasible.
- Work with outbound as well as inbound leads to acquire new advertisers for Google Ads products.
- Be responsible for your own client portfolio, optimizing your clients' campaigns, and ensuring that customer expectations are met.

Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- Language Skills: C2 level of Dutch and C1 level of English
- 18 months Sales Experience: previous sales experience, particularly in high-stakes environments.
- Capable of closing deals with SMB leads by aligning offerings with client needs and goals.
- Able to work independently and meet objectives with occasional guidance
- CRM Experience: familiar with managing customer data and using CRM tools effectively.
- Uses AI tools to support outreach and improve daily tasks.
- Good communication skills, able to explain ideas clearly to different audiences.
- Comfortable working toward goals in a team setting.
- Confident in delivering presentations and written communications.
- Takes initiative and maintains a positive, proactive attitude.
