Work with terabyte-scale data on a daily basis
Build and improve data processes using programming languages (preferably Scala, Python) and Big Data tools/frameworks
Improve monitoring and alerting capabilities to ensure data quality
Manage data consumption and governance for multiple datasets and analyses
Interact with stakeholders to better understand and validate reports
Optimize the performance of data models
Research and develop new methods, tools, and technologies
Develop SQL queries to extract and organize data from various sources and make it available for data analysts

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or another technical field
Basic experience generating reports from multiple data sources
Some experience manipulating, transforming, and analyzing complex, high-volume, high-dimensional data from varied sources
Strong mathematical and statistical skills
Demonstrable ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet changing deadlines and priorities across multiple simultaneous projects
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Passionate, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
Good team player
