As a Business Process Owner Assistant, you will work closely with the Business Process Owner and the Trainer for Content Managers, reporting to the Sales Production department.
Collect business requirements, model processes (e.g., using BPMN), and contribute to the creation of user guides and operational documentation.
Track key performance indicators related to our processes and ensure regular reporting and communication with stakeholders.
Support the rollout of new features, monitor deployment progress, and coordinate feedback loops with impacted teams.
Identify pain points, benchmark best practices, and propose process optimization initiatives.
Requirements
Data-driven with strong numerical skills and solid Excel proficiency.
Structured, rigorous, and analytical.
Strong aptitude for process thinking and continuous improvement.
Proven ability to research and implement new technologies.
Proactive, organized, and able to work independently to drive initiatives forward.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of the Adobe suite is mandatory.
Fluent English is required; Spanish and French are a plus.
Interest in digital innovation, artificial intelligence, and user experience.
