A social media native with a deep understanding of the relevant platforms
Ability to execute real-time and planned social media output across our flagship accounts, both during and outside of live events
Proven channel and community management, content planning and creation, excellent attention to detail
Understanding of brand sensitivity and how important tone of voice is
Able to contribute content ideas, big and small, on a consistent basis

Daily collaboration across both internal teams in the US and UK, as well as externally with our client and any associated partners (broadcasters, clubs, etc.)
Strong knowledge of the social media landscape in the US to ensure our content is optimized for each platform
Excellent organizational skills to keep across a busy calendar of sporting events and their implications for our channels
Able to produce short-form and longer social-first video edits and templated graphics
Understanding of data and insights and how it underpins our content and channel strategies
Flexibility and availability to work evenings and weekends depending on the sporting calendar
Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience in channel management and social coverage of live events, either concurrent with full-time education or in a professional setting
Experience working on digital content for sporting federations or media organizations is preferable
Excellent written and verbal English skills
First-class editorial judgement and accuracy
Knowledge, understanding and experience of multiple social media platforms
Mobile device content-creation skills at live events/video shoots
Detailed understanding of how platforms are used to achieve business objectives
Must be able to work weekends, as well as evenings, and be flexible about working patterns to cover sport
