About this role
Role Overview
Plan and execute projects
Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements
Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and manage risks
Lead Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies as needed
Serve as primary client point of contact during engagements
Build strong client relationships and communicate progress transparently
Facilitate client workshops and presentations
Coordinate cross-functional teams: data engineers, analysts, architects, consultants
Allocate resources and effectively manage team workloads
Ensure all team members are aligned on project goals and deliverables
Manage project budgets, forecasts, and profitability
Monitor performance metrics and produce regular reports for stakeholders
Lead post-project reviews and contribute to continuous improvement
Requirements
University degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management within a consulting or data-focused environment
Good understanding of data and analytics concepts: data pipelines, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), BI tools, etc.
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications considered an asset
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project)
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Bilingualism (French/English) preferred for the Canadian market
