Client Relationship Support: Serve as a dedicated client advocate, assisting in managing communications, responding to client needs, and building strong, trusting relationships.
Project Coordination: Support the execution of web development and marketing projects by understanding client processes and collaborating with internal teams such as SEO and development.
Content & Website Management: Assist with content uploads, image management, and general WordPress tasks to ensure smooth project delivery.
Customer Onboarding & Growth: Partner with the sales team to onboard new clients, identify growth opportunities, and drive long-term customer success.
Team Collaboration: Facilitate communication and cooperation across departments to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
Client Support: Help resolve client issues and ensure requests are handled promptly and effectively, contributing to positive project outcomes.
Requirements
2+ years in customer success, service, or administrative support roles, ideally in a marketing or digital agency environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically with clients and team members
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and pay close attention to details
Adept at identifying solutions to client needs and resolving challenges with a proactive mindset
Familiarity with WordPress and basic web content management; ability to learn new tools quickly
Passion for helping clients succeed, with a friendly, patient, and positive demeanor
Understanding of SEO, Google Ads, or digital marketing strategies
Experience managing website development projects
Proficiency with WordPress and content editing Familiarity with SEO and Google AdWords
Previous work in a digital marketing agency
High-level English proficiency; bilingualism is a plus
Must be within commuting distance to Guadalajara, Mexico and willing to work hybrid in-office
