Role Overview
- Provide resident engineering support for a federal government customer
- Work on workflow automation and business process optimization
- Integrate with ServiceNow
- Day-to-day operations support
- Work on monitoring technologies and cloud infrastructure
- Collaborate with clients to tackle complex challenges
Requirements
- LogicMonitor Certified Associate (LMCA)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with major cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Azure
- 5+ years supporting modern server operating systems (Linux/Windows)
- Strong knowledge of application and system software monitoring principles and practices
- Experience with LogicMonitor, including:
- Proficiency in LM Envision
- Experience with LogicModules
- Alert tuning best practices
- Using LogicMonitor REST API for automation and integration
- Building and customizing dashboards
- Log analysis using LM Logs
- Group structure design for monitored resources
- Experience with ServiceNow integration and automation workflows
- Understanding of infrastructure monitoring principles and distributed environments
- Ability to analyze and understand complex technical systems and web application architectures
- Familiarity with software version control systems
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain credibility as a monitoring expert
