Develop custom aluminum profiles, ensuring they meet structural requirements and extrusion feasibility.
Design the integration of fittings and hardware, specifying exact attachment methods, milling, and cutting requirements.
Create high-precision 3D models of components and complex assemblies in SolidWorks (or Kompas-3D).
Prepare technical documentation for production launch, including tolerance calculations, assembly diagrams, and cutting lists.
Bridge the gap between design and manufacturing by calculating precise tolerances and fitments.

Ability to analyze and optimize design solutions in terms of cost, time, and resources
Ability to work independently and make technical decisions
Ability to work with project documentation at various stages of development, including sketches, working drawings, and specifications
Experience interacting with suppliers and production departments to clarify technical requirements
