About this role
Role Overview
Administer HubSpot (CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub) and keep it running at peak performance.
Build workflows, automations, and lead routing/enrichment to deliver the right data to the right people.
Configure pipelines, deal stages, and notifications to streamline sales processes.
Create dashboards and reports for leadership visibility into key KPIs.
Manage marketing workflows and newsletters, ensuring segmentation, template quality, and deliverability.
Keep CRM data accurate and lifecycle stages updated.
Integrate HubSpot with tools like Aircall, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and more.
Train and onboard team members, enabling them to use HubSpot effectively.
Requirements
2–5 years in Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or HubSpot Admin (SaaS/B2B preferred).
Proven HubSpot expertise — workflows, automation, lead scoring, reporting.
Strong grasp of sales pipelines, lifecycle stages, and customer journeys.
Detail-oriented with a knack for process improvement.
Comfortable integrating HubSpot with other tools to boost GTM performance.
A proactive, resourceful, startup mindset.
