Work with stakeholders and other members of the IT organization to analyze the existing architectural landscape.
Identify key areas of inefficiency and friction, building consensus on the root or critical problems to solve.
Design, and drive cross functional support for strategic initiatives purpose-built to transform those inefficiencies to strengths and foundationally change our operational system design.
Requirements
Proven experience as an architect, with a clear track record of successfully building systems at scale.
Deep understanding of common business application architecture as well as engineering systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to design scalable, high-performance solutions.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
