Role Overview

• Contributes to enhancing the experience of life events by preparing premium quotes and issuing insurance contracts
• Assess the specific needs of each member and client
• Provide support in choosing appropriate coverage while promoting personalized services
• Follow up on files and analyze renewals requiring special underwriting
• Handle First Notice of Loss (FNOL) calls from clients and assess the client’s state during calls

Requirements

• College diploma preferred
• A minimum of two years of strong client service experience
• Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
