Requirements
8+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably in a tech or consulting environment.
Proven track record of gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with process mapping and modeling tools.
Proficient in using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
Ability to analyze data and generate insights from various sources.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and best practices.
