You advise and support our clients in leveraging the full potential of the CELUM platform.
You are responsible for the successful implementation of our clients' requirements and plan, coordinate, and manage internal and external project resources.
You act as the primary point of contact for our clients throughout the project lifecycle — for both new and existing customers.
You clarify individual client requirements, coordinate closely with relevant stakeholders, and conduct training for various user roles.

You have a hands-on mentality and a solid understanding of SaaS platforms.
You are interested in areas such as Digital Asset Management, e-commerce, and marketing, and ideally already have expertise in one or more of these fields.
You have at least 2 years of experience as a consultant in a technical environment.
You possess strong analytical skills and remain composed under pressure.
You have technical knowledge of XML configuration as well as web and JavaScript development.
You speak German and English (both at least C1 level).
