Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth experiences for employees.
Help in organizing employee engagement activities, internal communications, and cultural initiatives.
Collaborate in tracking HR metrics and preparing basic reports (e.g., attendance, participation, surveys).
Provide administrative support for HR documentation and compliance.
Contribute ideas and energy to initiatives related to training, culture, and continuous improvement.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Interest in HR technology, people analytics, and cultural development.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural and mostly remote environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets is a plus).
