About this role
Role Overview
Manage and maintain the Salesforce CRM platform, including system configuration, user management, security settings, and data integrity.
Collaborate with team members throughout the engagement lifecycle spanning solution design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Create and maintain reports and dashboards, providing data-driven insights to leadership.
User management. Permission sets, profiles, and roles.
Internal project management for improvements and implementation of new features.
Configuration of interaction with the ETL platform.
Sandbox testing and deployment using change sets.
Manage data imports and exports, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Perform regular system maintenance, including managing licenses, monitoring storage usage, and conducting system backups.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce platform developments and recommend system enhancements as needed.
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce administration.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Understanding of Salesforce Lightning Experience and related technologies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Salesforce Certified Administrator certification is a must.
