Role Overview
- Analyze billing requests and export processes
- Process documentation in the relevant systems
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders involved
- Perform registration and retrieval of the DUE (Single Export Document)
- Update the export system
- Perform export and customer support activities
- Assist less experienced colleagues
- Update controls for preparation of metrics and KPIs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Certificate of Origin
- DUE (Single Export Document)
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Word
- Technical education in related areas is a plus
