- 3 years of experience in systems development
- Knowledge of tools such as MS Visio
- Experience in process mapping
- Proficiency in BPMN
- Experience with Power BI and Spotfire
- Knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
- Advanced English (Level 3)
