About this role

Create 5 daily pieces of content for Instagram (and other platforms), focusing on Reels (70% of content).
Develop static posts, memes, informative content, carousels and Q&A sticker (question boxes).
Plan and execute campaigns aimed at engagement, follower growth and conversion.
Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure visual and textual consistency across content.
Monitor trends and updates on digital platforms, especially Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
Analyze post performance and make strategic adjustments based on results.
Manage customer interactions on social accounts / user engagement

Previous experience as a Social Media professional, preferably in the medical, healthcare, food industry or real estate sectors.
Ability to create creative and engaging Reels.
Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and analytics.
Strong writing skills and ability to produce persuasive and informative copy.
Organized and able to maintain consistent posting cadence and meet tight deadlines.
Required skills in video and photo editing.
