Role Overview
- Handle and close technical tickets;
- Monitor IT environments and services for incident management;
- Incident handling and resolution;
- Analyze and investigate issues;
- Identify and report bugs and defects;
- Provide guidance on correct use of applications;
- Fix minor bugs and defects;
- Work on resolving development-related tickets;
- Track the progress of ticket resolutions;
- Report on and follow up to ensure tickets are resolved;
- Perform procedures related to the daily activities of the Development team;
- Perform health checks on applications;
- Execute test cases (manual or automated);
- Report bugs to development teams;
- Assist in troubleshooting issues;
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle;
