Collaborate with fellow engineers to ensure the timely achievement of high-integrity project deadlines.
Partner closely with FanDuel product teams to identify and address service communication challenges and pain points.
Understand the ecosystem of FanDuel’s complex development environment with multiple business units.
Requirements
Proficient in software development languages (e.g. Go, Python, etc..)
Experience building microservice based APIs and knowledge of API patterns (OpenAPI, GraphQL, REST, etc..) and associated tools
Hands-on Public Cloud development (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Experience in supporting an API ecosystem (API gateways, etc) and/or service discovery & service mesh implementations
Resource management and provisioning with Infrastructure as Code (Iac), specifically Terraform
Well-versed with a collaboration and project management tracking tools (Confluence, Jira)
Skilled with container technologies (Kubernetes, EKS, Docker)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
