The Social Media Account Executive plays a key role in the team — working closely with content creators to manage workflows, craft engaging scripts, and bring fresh ideas to life on TikTok and Instagram.
You will be the main point of contact, managing the relationships and keeping content creators on track to deliver agreed content.
You'll take ownership of managing timelines and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on schedule without compromising quality.
You're confident working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
You LOVE social media and love editing videos! You’re constantly learning, spotting trends, and analyzing why one video goes viral while another flops.
You think creatively, anticipate needs, and find new ways to support both clients and teammates.
Requirements
5+ Years of Experience – Proven track record in an agency, marketing, advertising, or publishing role.
Proven Creator or Influencer Management – Experience working with content creators and/or influencers
Project & Stakeholder Management – Can juggle multiple deadlines, coordinating team members, and keeping campaign milestones on track.
Has experience in content management and video editing.
Proficient in Monday.com and various video editing tools such as CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro.
