Role Overview
- Play a critical role in working directly with our customers for service calls
- Perform field service work, data collection, and overall support for all paper machine clothing related issues
- Assist in performing shutdown services related to paper machine clothing on all sections of the paper machine
- Perform inspections and services between clothing installations
- Perform minor equipment and inventory audits that support our customer contracts / agreements
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree (BA, BS) from four-year college or university; minimum of 5 years related experience and / or training
- preferably in paper industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Prefer strong understanding of paper machine clothing, but willing to train with appropriate background and willingness to learn
- Trouble-shooting abilities are key
- Travel required to customer sites
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
