Role Overview
- Execute regular payroll processing tasks for US and Canada with precision and timeliness
- Serve as a process owner, proactively identifying and implementing payroll process improvements
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve payroll issues
- Support payroll-related projects of moderate complexity
- Identify and flag workflow gaps and contribute to documentation efforts
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience processing complex, multi-state US payrolls
- Proficiency in payroll systems such as Workday, ADP, or similar platforms
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheet skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
- Collaborative and detail-oriented
- Proactive problem solver
