Act as the primary point of contact for a dedicated portfolio of existing borrowers, fostering and deepening long-term relationships.
Proactively monitor the financial health and business performance of portfolio accounts to identify early warning signs and mitigate credit risks.
Ensure timely fulfillment of all administrative and documentational requirements from borrowers, including financial statements and covenant compliance checks.
Conduct in-depth credit analysis and risk assessment for loan renewals, limit top-ups, and restructuring proposals from the existing portfolio.
Prepare clear, concise, and accurate loan proposals, presenting a well-justified case to the credit committee.
Oversee the end-to-end deal process for existing clients, from proposal writing to coordinating with Legal, Notary, and other internal divisions to ensure smooth and timely disbursement.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling additional products or services to existing, high-quality borrowers.
Dedicate a portion of time (approx. 10%) to "organic hunting"—generating new leads through referrals from the existing client base (e.g., their suppliers or customers).
Requirements
2 – 5+ years of experience in a Relationship Manager role within commercial/corporate banking
Exceptional Credit Assessment Skills: Proven ability to conduct deep financial analysis (cash flow, balance sheet, P&L) and write comprehensive credit proposals. Must possess a strong balance between commercial judgment and prudent risk tolerance.
Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to critically evaluate complex business situations, identify potential risks, and propose viable solutions.
Relationship Management: A genuine ability to build trust and maintain long-term, positive relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients.
High sense of responsibility and ownership over the assigned portfolio's performance and health.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative skills in both English and Indonesian.
Good understanding of various industries and business models within the Indonesian SME landscape.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and collaborate across multiple divisions.
