Requirements
Extensive experience in Fintech or Payments, specifically driving product strategy for high-volume transaction environments.
Proven track record of transforming product unit economics, transitioning features from "loss-leaders" to sustainable, high-margin revenue drivers.
Strategic leadership skills with the ability to lead high-performing engineering teams through pivotal product evolutions and high-velocity delivery.
Data-driven mindset to analyze complex business needs, conduct market research, and drive growth in key metrics like Total Payment Volume (TPV).
At a minimum we require conversational level English language skills. Why? English is our company language and is used for any business-wide communications, so we need you to be able to speak English to feel like an integrated part of Booksy.
Experience launching hardware-free or QR-code-based checkout solutions in a retail or service environment.
Background in developing omnichannel payment reach (e.g., SMS-driven links) outside of native app environments.
Experience mentoring junior and mid-level Product Managers through shared case studies and collaborative growth.
