Supporting EZ’s global offices on Assignment and Knowledge Management initiatives, with a strong emphasis on research and due diligence.
Conducting adverse media screening on prospective candidates, including investigations into high‑risk profiles, sanctions, legal cases, and relevant documentation using online research platforms such as LexisNexis, Factiva, and Westlaw.
Preparing comprehensive reports based on research findings.
Maintaining accurate and well‑organized internal records for future reference.
Collaborating with stakeholders across geographies to efficiently manage multiple research requests/queries.
Requirements
Work Experience of 1 to 3 years in Standard Research
Good understanding of due diligence regulations, policies, and procedures.
Ability to manage requests efficiently and in a timely manner.
Communicate effectively and efficiently with relevant internal team members, managers, SPOCs, etc.
Proficient in the usage of tools like Factiva, LexisNexis, Advanced Google Search, etc.
Experience with AML/KYC monitoring and screening would be an added advantage.
Good written and Verbal communication skills.
Ability to interact with Stakeholders from different offices.
Ability to work with colleagues from diverse geographies.
Experience in working on multiple complex projects.
