Research Operations Analyst

Role Overview

• Supporting EZ’s global offices on Assignment and Knowledge Management initiatives, with a strong emphasis on research and due diligence.
• Conducting adverse media screening on prospective candidates, including investigations into high‑risk profiles, sanctions, legal cases, and relevant documentation using online research platforms such as LexisNexis, Factiva, and Westlaw.
• Preparing comprehensive reports based on research findings.
• Maintaining accurate and well‑organized internal records for future reference.
• Collaborating with stakeholders across geographies to efficiently manage multiple research requests/queries.

Requirements

• Work Experience of 1 to 3 years in Standard Research
• Good understanding of due diligence regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to manage requests efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Communicate effectively and efficiently with relevant internal team members, managers, SPOCs, etc.
• Proficient in the usage of tools like Factiva, LexisNexis, Advanced Google Search, etc.
• Experience with AML/KYC monitoring and screening would be an added advantage.
• Good written and Verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact with Stakeholders from different offices.
• Ability to work with colleagues from diverse geographies.
• Experience in working on multiple complex projects.
