Requirements
Enrolled in a bachelor’s program (4th semester or higher) or a master’s program in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field
Previous experience (e.g., internships) in HR, consulting, or organizational development is a plus but not required
Strong interest in organizational culture change or change-management projects
Proactive, self-motivated work style with the ability to work independently
Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
Ability to create professional PowerPoint presentations and other documentation
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
