As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will architect, design, build, and deliver technical solutions on the Make-A-Wish America Salesforce platform to support the Make-A-Wish National Office and chapters across the United States.
This role will be part of the Salesforce -IT Applications team responsible for analyzing complex business problems and implementing solutions that will enhance the functionality of our growing business applications environment.
The role will deliver work within an agile framework.
The role will also take responsibility for creating design specifications, developing unit test scripts for configuration and code, and preparing technical documentation.
This role will build and maintain positive relationships within internal technical teams, vendors, and product teams to deliver value.
The position requires the ability to function successfully in both team and independent work environments to support the Make-A-Wish National Office and chapters across the United States.
Requirements
Bachelor’s in computer science, IT or a related degree or equivalent work experience is required.
3 years hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Certified Salesforce Developer required.
Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio, Salesforce Lightning Design System, and the Salesforce Development Lifecycle
Proven ability to develop within the Agile framework
Experience with Sales cloud, Experience cloud, and/or NPSP preferred. Experience in Marketing cloud a plus.
