Requirements
Some initial experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or FinTech — or you convince us with your drive and eagerness to learn.
Comfortable with cold outreach: You proactively reach out to people and see every conversation as an opportunity to create real value.
Strong communication skills: You can explain complex topics clearly, empathetically, and reliably — both in writing and verbally.
You are motivated, disciplined and resilient — you stay persistent even when things get challenging.
Curiosity & structure: You ask targeted questions to truly understand your conversation partners' needs and work in a systematic way.
Excellent German skills (C2) and solid English skills to collaborate successfully with our customers and colleagues.
