Requirements
Some experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or FinTech — or you can convince us with your drive and appetite for learning.
Comfortable with cold outreach: you proactively approach people and see every conversation as an opportunity to create real value.
Strong communication skills: you can convey complex issues clearly, empathetically, and reliably — both in writing and verbally.
Motivation, discipline, and resilience characterize you — you persist even when it gets challenging.
Curiosity and structure: you ask targeted questions to truly understand your interlocutors' needs and work in a systematic way.
Excellent German (C2) and solid English skills to collaborate successfully with our customers and colleagues.
