Drive stable and consistent delivery from internal and external partners.

Manage defined contribution plans and understand their effect on clients and participants.
Collaborate with the Oversight & Excellence team to reduce total cost by lowering demand and improving efficiency while focusing on improving delivery quality.
Requirements
3+ years in Defined Contribution.
Knowledgeable of Defined Contribution recordkeeping systems.
Effective communicator with influencing skills on domain and technical matters.
Proven analytical abilities and attention to detail with complex data.
Solutions oriented with ability to report data to stakeholders.
Management and organizational skills with adaptability to change.
Experience coaching and leveraging work through others.
