Design stable, reliable, and effective databases
Develop database structures, stored procedures, functions, reports, scripts, and more
Optimize and maintain legacy systems to ensure flawless performance
Modify databases according to requests and rigorously perform tests
Solve complex database performance and business logic issues
Collaborate with developers to improve applications and establish standard methodologies
Gather user and product requirements to identify and implement new features
Provide data management support to users, ensuring seamless operation
Ensure all database logic meets company and performance requirements strictly
Research and suggest innovative database products, services, and protocols

2+ years of experience in developing and administrating sophisticated databases
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
Proven work experience as a Database Developer, preferably using MSSQL
Hands-on experience with T-SQL, developing complex database structures, stored procedures, functions, reports, etc.
Excellent analytical and organizational skills
Ability to understand requirements with a problem-solving attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Intermediate English level for reading/writing documents and daily team meetings
