Lead PM for complex ERP implementations, responsible for overall success of project.
Setting and managing client expectations, developing a detailed project plan, defining the scope of the project, and assigning team members to specific tasks.
Leading a team capable of exceeding client expectations.
Assemble and manage these individuals to make a collaborative, innovative and efficient team.
Creating and maintaining an accurate timeline of project completion and ensuring tasks are finished within milestone schedules and project budget while maintaining constant awareness of how the project is progressing.
Communicating and confirming scope at project inception through detailed reviews of the statement of work that initiated the project.
Creating and maintaining a method of capturing, assigning, and managing project issues.
Drive the team toward resolution of all documented issues.
Managing project budget and resources.
Authoring and reviewing documentation including design, implementation, test, and support documents.
Communicating with key stakeholders and managing steering committee meetings.
Assists in the development, maintenance, and implementation of R-CUBED’s methodology for all service lines and technologies including developing our standardized methodologies, maintaining corporate libraries of methods and corresponding artifacts.
Supports process and business change management from pre-sales through project execution to managed services transition.
Contributes to project success stories and case studies and work with sales & marketing to maintain R-CUBED’s case study library.
Assist in implementing a consultant recognition and project highlights program.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with business partners and internal/external team members at all levels within the organization.
Identify issues and escalates/manages resolution as required.
Coordinates and provides support to the business by focusing on process-first implementation techniques.
Provide support during non-standard work hours or during an unplanned outage or emergency if needed.
Requirements
At least 5 years of implementation and optimization experience as engagement Project Manager.
At least 5 years of experience implementing Oracle ERP, CPM, Analytics, and/or integration projects for clients across multiple industries.
Experience in the following solutions is preferred: NetSuite applications, Board corporate performance management, Snowflake enterprise analytics or other relevant enterprise application suites.
Experience in all aspects of project lifecycle; proficient comprehension of project management methodologies; genuine commitment to project environment and discipline.
Capable of communicating in a concise and well-structured manner.
Exemplary documentation capability being true to the R-CUBED brand standard.
Ability to resolve conflicts/issues prior to escalation with an ability to tactfully escalate internally and externally when appropriate.
Strong ability to present critical thinking, options, decision paths & impacts, and resolutions to all project team levels and users.
Experience with Agile and other project management methodologies.
Strong problem solving, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in relevant major or experience equivalency.
