About this role
Role Overview
Design, implement, and maintain GCP landing zones and associated infrastructure aligned with industry best practices and security standards
Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient software delivery
Collaborate with development and operations teams to introduce Agile ways of working and standardized software development practices (Git, branching, design patterns, etc.)
Ensure cloud infrastructure meets high standards for performance, reliability, and scalability
Contribute to cloud governance, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
Experience as a GCP Cloud DevOps Engineer
Extensive hands-on expertise in Google Cloud Platform, including architecture, networking, and security
Strong programming and automation skills in Python and Terraform
Proven experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps toolchains
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development best practices (Git workflows, design patterns)
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
Nice to Have: Experience in the telecommunications industry
GCP certifications
Willingness and readiness to travel as required by project or client needs is expected.
