Working in international, large scale business transformation programs for our clients and be a strong part of the project team, ensuring successful client delivery
Bring in your Organizational Transformation methodology expertise to our client assignments and guide client stakeholder on their change journey by developing and implementing change strategies and plans, conducting change impact and change readiness assessments, managing client stakeholders, planning and executing communication and organizing training
Work as part of the Talent & Organization team and contribute to the development of our Organizational Transformation methodology and knowledge assets
Contribute to proposal creation and development of our service offerings in the area of Organizational Transformation
Requirements
Higher education degree, e.g. in Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Management, Communication or other
At least 5+ years of relevant and recent consulting experience is mandatory
Solid background in organizational effectiveness, design and change management methodologies
Proven track record of successfully delivering client engagements in the field of Organizational Transformation
Proactive, high energy, motivated and driving personality
Willingness to travel and an excellent command of both German and English, additional language skills in French and/or Spanish are highly desirable
