Identifies scope of work and perform quantity takeoffs from engineering plans.
Conducts regular project inspections and advises project supervision of work progress and quality of work.

B.S. Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
3+ years of experience working for a similarly positioned contractor as a Project Manager.
Project size ranges from $1 million to $10 million.
Previous experience working as a Foreman or Superintendent on similar projects a plus.
Estimating experience, a strong plus.
Proven ability to create and manage budget.
Strong prioritization and organizational skills; detail oriented.
Proficient in technology (MS Office Suite, Primavera, AutoCAD, Vista).
