Responsible for driving the top-line & Bottomline growth of business in the Philippines
Build and mentor key account managers
Liaise closely and develop ambitious plans with top brand/seller partners and platforms
Establish processes to ensure e-commerce success for brand and seller partners
Conduct regular analyses to understand the impact of category and brand decisions on performance
Implement regional or local initiatives to drive growth
Own the GMV and GP1 targets for the assigned brand portfolio, driving performance through client success, new value-added initiatives, and operational excellence
Ensure that all brand and store KPIs are met
Analyze sales performance and advise clients on key levers for growth and take lead in the execution plan
Be a champion in inventory forecast and planning, drive efficiency through accurate demand forecasts to optimize business performance with right stock availability and assortment
Ensure pricing competitiveness, innovative promotional schemes and effective merchandising are in place
Lead a team of KAMs to deliver excellent client experiences through upskilling, knowledge transfer, and continuous capability building
Work closely with internal stakeholders to optimize quality of service delivered
Maintain close relationships with external stakeholders, brands’ leadership and ecommerce platforms.
Requirements
Fluent in English
Minimum of 7-10 years working experience in ecommerce, either working with ecommerce platforms (in category management or brand partnership management), or heading ecommerce in a leading brand, or a senior commercial role in an ecommerce enabler / distributor
Experience with retail business & category management is needed
Strong track record of high-level negotiations with partners and successful internal/external relationship management
Proven ability to manage a team. Ability to build team up, build processes, drive results and foster positive culture
Solid Excel / PowerPoint skills, ability to be a data storyteller.
